A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.... Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." ~Proverbs 31:10-12 & 28-29

Lord, help us as women of God to truly see and understand our worth. Help us to know that even when we don't feel or act like the queens we are, your love for us surpass all doubt. We love you Father, and we thank you for holding our trampled hearts in your holy hands until it's time to give it away to the man whom rib we was created out of on our wedding day.

Quit whining~Start shining!!!

When modeling diamonds for catalogues, the diamond is most often placed against a dark background. The darkness makes the diamond seem all the more brilliant. And when it is lifted towards the light, it sparkles all the more. A diamond is pretty all by itself, but by putting it against a black background and lifting it up to the light enhances it's radiance all the more.

What a perfect picture of joy! True spiritual joy shines brightest against the darkness of trials, tragedy and testing. And the blacker the background ~ the greater the brilliance!
Amidst the darkness surrounding us ~ may we shine brightly for our Master! When our joy shines amidst the darkness of our trials, the blackness only enhances it's brilliance.
Philippians 2:14-15- shine like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.
Quit whining~Start shining!!!

Be Careful what you watch...

"The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!" -Matthew 6:22&23- Today, monitor the music you listen to, the things you watch and the conversations you have. Ask yourself, is this giving glory 2 God?? Stay blessed... ~ Lady Jay
